Welcome to the UMass Lowell Women’s Leadership Conference, founded by Chancellor Jacqueline Moloney in her inaugural year as the first woman to lead UMass Lowell. “The Power and Potential of Women” brings together leading women in business, education, government and the nonprofit sector to share their expertise on everything from finding mentors and negotiating salaries to building influence and leading a healthy and productive life.
The day-long conference kicks off at the university’s Inn and Conference Center in downtown Lowell, the birthplace of American industrial innovation, with remarks by Chancellor Moloney, a national pioneer in higher education innovation and long-time advocate for women’s education, empowerment, and leadership.
Our menu of sessions is designed to engage women in all stages of their careers, from aspiring and emerging leaders to experienced practitioners. We also build in plenty of networking time, including a closing reception where you can continue conversations and make new connections.
We look forward to seeing you in June!
