Held on Lowell Campus; Tuition: $525; CEUs: .7; PDU's/Contact Hours: 7

Project stakeholders have the potential to impact a project in many ways, both positive and negative.  The savvy project manager is aware of the need to identify all stakeholders and then to work with them throughout the project to build stakeholder engagement. This seminar explores stakeholder identification and multiple techniques for stakeholder analysis, followed by the creation of a practical stakeholder management plan.  In addition, it reviews methods for analyzing ongoing stakeholder engagement and managing stakeholder communications.

The seminar content is consistent with the principles of the new Chapter 13, Project Stakeholder Management, introduced in the most recent PMBOK® Guide- Fifth Edition.
