A range of criminal justice management issues are
addressed, including organizational structure,
purpose, rewards and relationships, leadership and
management styles, and the development of
effective change strategies by criminal justice
agencies. The complex role of the criminal justice
manager in both the adult and juvenile justice
system is emphasized.
