Accessing Webboard Chat Transcript

Webboard has a built-in capability to record a transcript for each chat session. To view the archived chat conversations in Webboard, please follow instructions below.

1. Login to Webboard and enter your course chatroom as you normally would.

2. Once you are in the chatroom, click on the room options icon which is the second icon from the left at the top of the chat window.

3. A new window will open. Click on the "Transcripts" tab under the room registration option.

4. In the transcripts tab, click on the "Show Transcript" button.

5. A new window will open. Select the desired start time and end time and click on the "Show Transcripts" button.

6. A new window similar to the one below will open. All chat conversations between the selected start time and end time will be listed on this page.
