This
program can be taken entirely online or as a mix of online and on-campus classes.
The Psychology curriculum acquaints students with
scientific methods and psychological studies. It provides students with
theoretical foundations in various subfields of psychology:
experimental, developmental, social, personality, and clinical
psychology. The curriculum emphasizes the application of psychological
knowledge and skills in many areas of human functioning.
General Requirements
A major in Psychology consists of 36-45 credits with at least 18 credits
at the 300 level or higher. Students transferring to the University and
wishing to major in Psychology must make individual arrangements with
the Program Coordinator regarding satisfaction of major course
requirements.
