Exhibitors
There are two options for companies interested in exhibiting at the conference:
- Tier One Exhibitor: $1000
Includes an 8' exhibit table plus two free conference tickets.
- Tier Two Exhibitor: $750
Includes an 8' exhibit table plus one free conference ticket.
If you are interested in becoming an exhibitor for the conference, please
complete the
Exhibitor/Sponsor Commitment Form and fax it back to the University at
(978) 934-2028.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Interested companies may also choose to sponsor one of our break-time events:
Lunch Sponsorship: $1,200
Breakfast Sponsorship: $500
Afternoon Refreshment Sponsorship: $300
Please note, the number of sponsorship opportunities is limited and are available on a first-come, first served basis. If you are interested in sponsoring one of the breaks at the conference, please complete the Exhibitor/Sponsor Commitment Form and fax it back to the University at (978) 934-2028.
Poster Sessions
Interested in delivering a poster session at the conference? Please submit a one-paragraph abstract along with the title of your proposed poster session to emergingtechnology@uml.edu Faculty will review your abstract and will let you know whether your poster session has been accepted. Please allow 48 hours for someone to get back to you. Please note, you must be a registered conference attendee in order to participate in the poster session.
Maximum poster size = 45" wide x 36" high - Posters may be set up starting at
1:30pm on October 19th. Posters should be in place no later than 4pm on Monday,
since the poster session is scheduled to run from 4:30-6pm. Posters may be
left up through the following day, October 20th, at the presenters'
discretion, but breakdown of all posters must be completed by 4pm on
Tuesday.
