Summer 2013 Unix Account Request Form

To access your record, please enter the information requested below. All fields must be consistent with the information provided at the time of registration. Make sure you enter only the last 4 digits of your Student ID, and not the whole number! Once you have entered the required information, click the Look for Your Account button to continue.

Please Note:

• You must be registered for a Summer 2013 CSCE class that requires a Unix account
• You cannot login as soon as you submit this form!
• It can take 1-2 business days to process your information and set up your username and password.
• You will NOT receive anything by email.
• Try to log into your account at the end of the day that you apply (if you applied before 5pm).

If you do not have your Student ID#:

1. Retrieve it from http://cf.umassadmin.net/isis/idlookup.cfm.
2. If you can't retrieve it, call the ISIS Help Desk at 978-934-4357.
