OVERVIEW
This course presents information on the additives that are blended with polymers
to improve the balance of properties and/or optimize the polymer for specific
applications. Each additive will be considered individually. Major compounding
processes will be demonstrated in the laboratory on small-scale commercial
processing equipment.
