Overview
A practical course in which students actually develop a requirements document, scope document based on selected requirements, an integrated project plan, and make decisions on the basis of quantifiable project data.

An emphasis is placed on simulating real-world situations such as limiting time and scope. Extensive time is spent by students working in teams on exercises and actual projects.

This course is software independent, yet supports all PM packages by teaching basic methods and algorithms.

Audience
This seminar is intended for all members of a project IT team: Senior Managers, Project Managers, Team Leaders, Resource Managers and Individual Team Members.

Instructor
John Riopel is the president of PM Providers and has over 21 years of experience as a program/project manager in government service and commercial industries implementing and managing internal, civil, commercial, and government projects. He uses the Project Management Institute (PMI) disciplined approach to program/project management and has led virtual teams along with onsite resources.
