Digital Imaging and Photography: Photoshop Course No: 70.262-001; ISIS Class Nbr: 11948 Registration Information Current students: Register for this course at http://isis.uml.edu using the above ISIS Class Nbr. Note: There is a $30 per semester, nonrefundable registration fee for credit courses. Course Description This course will offer the student a transition between traditional photographic imaging and digital photographic imaging. The course will cover the fundamentals of digital scanning, digital capture and image manipulation. Image preparation for other media will also be explored. Basic familiarity with the Mac OS and/or Windows platforms required. Prerequisites: Basic Macintosh or Basic Windows proficiency. Special Notes: This course will not transfer directly into the Art Department's BA/BFA day school degree program, but certain two-course clusters may be accepted for transfer upon department approval.
